The front staff can not understand customer s needs. I have called to hotel to book and specify the preferred room and hotel accepted on my request, but I cant get what request and just said sorry, not well communication with hotel staff.

รวมๆ แล้วดีค่ะ แต่พนักงานในห้องอาหารตอนเช้าดูไม่มี service mind เท่าไหร่ ถ้าจะทำงานบริการควรปรับปรุงทัศนคติหน่อยนะคะ ส่วนพนักงาน front น่ารักค่ะ

ขอโทษนะครับ ปกติไม่ค่อยจะคอมเมนต์เท่าไหร่ แต่ครั้งนี้แบบไม่ไหว พอไปถึงมราพักก็ค่ำแล้ว พนักงานซักคนจะออกมาดูแลหาที่จอดรถก็ไม่มีซักคน ขนาดจอดเข้าไปถามแล้วก็ยังไม่ออกมาโบกหรือดูแลเลย แต่พอเดินเข้าไปเอาวอชเชอร์ยื่น ก็ทำยิ้มแย้ม ต้อนรับดี จริงเหรอแบบนี้น่ะ ไม่ดูเฟคไปเหรอ แต่ก็ต้องบอกว่าพนักงานรอบเช้าดีครับ แต่ก็ต้องแนะนำให้พนักงานดูกระตือรือร้นกว่านี้นะ ด้วยความหวังดี
