We found Baan Laksasubha after one night by the neighbour Centara, and were quite pleased by more value for money and a more suitable atmosphere for a family with three small children. The two combined bedrooms with two bathrooms with a pool and childrens pool just outside fitted us perfect. We appreciated the garden walk through the hotel area from lobby to the beach with thre restaurant every day. The garden was created with love and passion.
Sawadee.com let as change booking when we realised that another hotel we chose because it according to the booking page was very far from beach. We appreciated that.

Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Very nice hotel, with perfect location in Hua Hin, friendly staff.But there are som draw back sOur room was not cleened before 15:00 to 16:00 every day. We complained and the nex day they managed to cleen the room at noon. But the next day it was 15:00 again.If you have a ground floor room, be aware, there is a huge amount om mosquitos and bugs in the garden at night time.

Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Hotel in a good location. but I stayed in garden villa room type, walk little far to beach front. Room facility is ok, clean. however I thought 3 bedrooms house should have a living room for family joining. But 3 bedrooms are seperated and door room not connect.Overall is good and beautiful.

Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Baan Laksasubha is just a great place to stay, very helpfull staff, good facilities and perfect location. The only negative experience (minor) this year was that the personell on the restauarnt seems to be untrained, they lost control if there was more than 3 tables occupied.
The booking service with sawasdee is great, every thing is going smooth

The beautiful, large area, excellent location, responsive personal.My were in June, there were few people living in the hotel, it plyus.Zavtrak was not as diverse as in the high period.No is not a minus, but by necessity. I am happy to stop at this hotel for 7-10 days.

Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. The accomodation is very comfortable,peaceful, large and clean.Perfect for children to have spaces to walk around. The service is very fast and considerate unlike we have read from a comment in the internet. Highly recommend for big family.
