River Kwai Hotel, Muang There is a problem with music late at night which makes it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning units are very noisy. A kettle and coffee in the room would be good. W-fi should be automatic. Staff need to have better English.

River Kwai Hotel, Muang A big hotel with an even bigger breakfast buffet, good location as close to bus station and railway stationAfter these two points everything is downhill as far as the hotel goes. First surprise front desk people can hardly say a few words in English. Second surprise free Internet for only 3 hours a day. This was never disclosed by Sawadee nor the hotel and amounts to misrepresentationAwful hand basin tap which when turned on would spray water all over. Plastic underneath the bed mattress which creaked the whole night long but the paper thin walls and the parties in adjoining rooms BOTH helped in preventing you from sleepingPLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS ? Dirty dilapidated room, torn shower curtain were the other highlights
You should have made it clear that Internet was NOT free and that there was a charge after 3 hours. Please investigate your facts thoroughly before you state them Partially stating facts can amount to misrepresentation nevertheless

River Kwai Hotel, Muang Everytime we come here we enjoy this hotel. Very good price, great breakfast, WIFI very fast and free of charge. Great entertainment outside in the evening.We certaily come back again.

River Kwai Hotel, Muang Reasonable standard. WiFi collapsed for most of a day when I had started to book another place; kept saying would be fixed in 2 hours, one hour more etc. Breakfast O.K. Room reasonable size. WiFi is free for 1 hour per day. Staff are very nice.

River Kwai Hotel, Muang I was treated truly as a guest, the accommodation was very good, good value for money and the staff were very helpful. I will certainly use this hotel again.

River Kwai Hotel, Muang Hotel is average but location is good as it is in the town area and close to facilities. Bathrooms need upgrade.Breakfast spread is fairly good and the staff are friendly and good service.
Booking confirmation can be improved by immediate confirmation rather than to wait 48 hrs.

River Kwai Hotel, Muang We loved our stay in Kanchanaburi and the River Kwai Hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had all the conveniences. They booked our trip to Hellfire Pass for the Anzac Day Service and everything was great.
Sawadee as always provides an excellent service. I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your efficiency and great advice too.

River Kwai Hotel, Muang VFM alround, facilities VG, staff friendly and helpful, room good apart from bathroom which needed updating, food good both Thai and European, location good for visitng the sites and shopping. Would experience again no problems.
Service VG apart from the cumpulsory meal for Sangcran which apparently only applied to Sawadee bookings and were the only couple that turned up for dinner in a 200 seater dining room.

River Kwai Hotel, Muang Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very good and the even granted special requests for food orders. The pool facilities were very nice. Overall, a pleasant experience.

River Kwai Hotel, Muang Dirty old hotel, rundown and smelly old carpets in the hallway. The bathroom was nasty,with water running from the toilet all over the floor.We werent the only one staying in the room, at night we could hear some kind of animal making noices. Maybe rats? we dont know. The breakfast had a lot to offer, if you re used to eating thaifood for breakfast that is. The staff looked friendly, however they couldn t speak so good english. When I asked for the internetcode I had to talk to 3 diffrent staffmembers until they understood what I wanted.Many things was below expectations, but the poolarea was very nice I must say.
