Shah Alam 2009-02-09	Saiyok River House, Saiyoke The location is good.The room fixtures are maintained good.But not prepared well for the guest. ( There were many mosquitos in side the room disturbing our sleep)Need to improve the surrounding need to post security on the gate atleast for the night.( on 8th Feb night 10:15 PM, there was no one to get a matchbox for lightning the mosquito coil)	Booking web site is goodImmediate replying is good.Customer service officer should talk to the guest to understand what the guest wants
