Pha Ngan Chai Hotel, Thong Sala We were expecting a really bad hotel considering the reviews it got. The hotel is being renovated and we got there while it was still under construction. The rooms are clean and sufficient and I don t have any complaints. One night we did get home to a waterless bathroom - but the guy at reception let us use a new room to shower. It s located right at the port - a distance from the full moon party area - which wasn t bad at all considering we had to leave the next morning.
