Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach Diese Bungalowanlage ist wirklich super!!! Wir waren eine Woche dort und werden bestimmt wieder hingehen. Super sauber, leckeres Essen, direkt am Strand mit Liegen und Handtüchern und sehr nette Angestellte. Am überwältigsten war das riesige Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Hat wie immer super geklappt!

Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach First, don t be fooled by the exaggerated names of rooms in Thailand. For most Europeans Super Deluxe Bungalow means more than just running hot water... :)Now to Sayang. The bungalows lay in a jungle garden. Very silent and relaxed. The bungalows are good for Thai standard and they are cleaned daily. The breakfast is better than at many other hotels on Prae Ae.Very helpfull staff though they work from 6 AM to 11 PM 6 days/week.
I was a little scared at first as this was my first contact with Sawadee.com, but when there for example was an error in the booking it was quickly resoved over email.

Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach We were very pleased with the accomodation,which was classed as a superior room.It had everything we needed like A/C,fridge,TV,ensuite bathroom,veranda with hammock,and yet retained a rustic appeal with bamboo furniture and walls etc.It also had a 4-poster double bed with mosquito netting.There weren t undue amounts of mosquitoes,so it was just an added extra.The resort is on the beach,and out bungalow was near the beach surrounded by bouganvillia and tropical plants.It wouldn t have mattered if the room was not near the beach as the whole area is delightful and has a safe,family feel to it.Maximum time to reach the beach from furthest bungalow...3 mins.Garden was kept very well,and restaurant on the beach meant you didn t have to go far for a Thai or Indian meal.The breakfast was EXCELLENT,served in an open sided sala;even a good choice for us vegetarians.Relaxed atmosphere and personal attention of owner who made it feel like a nice homestay .A safe at reception meant we could leave our valuables without worry and we also had a free transfer to and from the ferry at Saladin which was great.Can t think of any negatives!It was wonderful!

Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach Had a wonderful time at Sayang...the staff are amazingly friendly and treat you like family. The beach is nice and tranquil. Definately will recommend and have recommended to others!

Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach its a pity, that today i am the one with a negative comment although all other love that resort, but i dont understand why they do. let me explain:we booked the deluxe villa at sayang for thb 2250. deluxe in thathotel is a very basic standard bungalow, where the door was not fullycloseable, so the mosquitos and other insects come into the room.There are holes about one centimeter in the floor -) insectsagain ...No safety box, no coffee/tea making facilities, an emptyrefrigerator, only cold water in the shower (no possibility to changetemperature), only one towel for beach and room together. thats allusually standard in that category in asia! we go to asia twice a yearand we are not used to stay like that!That room would be worth max. (!) the thb 1200 what it costs in low seasonbut definetely not 2250. The luxury villa has worth of a usual superior bungi (a small one ...).Furthermore we chose sayang because of the picture of the sawadeehomepage where sunbeds on the beach are shown. but they arent therelike that. the regarding law is not the reason, because lanta resort in the neighbourhood has more than 20 ...finally the hotel is old and dirty, not even the tishclothes atbreakfast are clean (do not even talk about the toilet :O(sayang is really awful, we checked out after one night and had to pay a penality for early check out although it is not our fault that the hoteloffers deluxe when they are only able to offer backpacker-style !anyway, you´ll get a better worth for your money!one positive point: yes the breakfast is yummi as written from another commenter ;O)

Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach spendide ! magnifiques bungalows sous les cocotiers au bord d une plage de rêve. jardins autours bien entretenus et bien fleuris, l éclairage de nuit avec ses lampions lui donne un air de fête. Excellent petit déjeuner très copieux (buffet), personnel aux petits soins et restauration exellente
