New Season Hotel, Songkhla, Hadyai The staff are good and polite but only one or two could speak english.The breakfast very minimal and saturday is the worst.Nothing in the Hotels (no live music in coffe House & etc)except for the free wifi.Could get better facilities nearby hotels with similar rates.
Booking services is efficient but only if they could gives what was requested. I requested for for an extra bed with breakfast but need to pay an additional sum to Hotels for the breakfast.

New Season Hotel, Songkhla, Hadyai a rather new hotel. location very near to the action, yet not too noisy. free internet in the room. 3 minutes walk to the KONSORTIUM BUS ticket agent, from where the VIP Buses for KL depart. certainly one of the better places to stay in Hat Yai
still the old ancient booking system, too many emails sent out for one simple booking. it s time for an overhaul !

New Season Hotel, Songkhla, Hadyai I liked very much New Season Hotel.The staff specially in restaurant was extremely friendly and caretaking. And their thai-food was so delicious that I eated there everyday.Also room was comfortable with free WiFi.

New Season Hotel, Songkhla, Hadyai I requested a non smoking room. When checking into the hotel, I was informed that a non smoking room was not available. What else can I say? Moved to two rooms to find one that could be ventilated and usable for that night. Offered to move second night stay but by then it had aired out enough. Did have free wired internet in room and close to downtown. Only had one site review when I booked. Will wait for more next time.
Only problem was getting the non smoking room. Don t know where the problem originated but not good.
